My son recommended me to get a massage here and I was not disappointed! Ingrid listened to what I really needed and I let her work her magic, coming away feeling much better than on arrival and feeling slightly taller now my neck and shoulders weren't as hunched or tight. After talking briefly at the beginning, the 60 minute massage treatment was provided in silence and was just what I needed to truly relax. Thank you 🙏♥️

I had a massage over the weekend and couldn’t recommend it more. The environment was clean, tidy, and very peaceful. Kathryn was amazing, she knew exactly where all my problem areas were without me having to say a word. She’s clearly very skilled - walking me through each step and the benefits of what she was about to do while making the whole experience so relaxing, I left feeling so much better and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Have wanted to go to City Cave for float therapy for ages and finally went. Worth every penny. Did the couples float therapy. The place was very stylish and extremely clean. Was totally relaxed in the pool and was an amazing feeling to float. That night when I got home I had the best sleep I have had in years. Will definitely be making this a regular thing.
